A prenatal visit is the time where we dive into preparing for the day of labor and delivery. You tell me your wishes, desires, and plans for your baby’s birth. We check-in by discussing what has come up emotionally, physically, and spiritually throughout your pregnancy.
This is the time to ask all your questions. We prepare the body for birth, practice comfort measures and techniques. We talk about interventions, pain management, and even postpartum planning; then we check-in again.
I will be there to support you with personalized decision-making through evidence-based information. It is a time where I help to address fears, concerns, and identify how to truly establish a safe and loving space for you to give birth.
